How do instant downloads work?
As soon as your purchase is complete, we email you a download link from orders@thegildedgiraffe.com. Keep that email so you can return to your files any time. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us.
How do I edit my design?
Each listing notes its format. Canva templates open in a free Canva account via a link in your download; PDFs can be printed or annotated; Notion templates duplicate into your workspace with one click.
Will I receive a physical product?
No — all products are digital files. Product photos are concept mockups showing how a design may look once printed.
Can I use designs for my business?
Purchases include a personal-use license. Commercial use (e.g. reselling printed items or using designs for clients) requires a commercial license. See our Digital Product License for details.
What is your refund policy?
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. If a file is faulty or you need help, contact us and we'll make it right.
Can I print at home?
Yes. Files are print-ready for home printers or professional print shops. We recommend heavyweight cardstock for invitations.
