Draft terms for studio review before launch. These terms must be reviewed for the studio's jurisdiction and do not replace mandatory consumer rights.

Digital Products

All products are digital files delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

Payment & Delivery

Payments are processed at checkout through systeme.io and its connected payment provider. After purchase, a download link is emailed to the address used at checkout.

Product Previews

Product images are concept mockups. Physical props are not included. Refer to each product's included items and file formats before choosing a design.

Refunds

Because digital files are delivered instantly, all sales are final. This remains subject to applicable consumer law, including rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content. If a file is faulty, contact us and we'll make it right.

Intellectual Property

Use of designs is governed by the Digital Product License.

Before Launch

The studio must supply its legal business details, support contact, final refund policy and applicable jurisdiction before these draft terms become final.
