Information We Collect

When you sign up for the Studio Letter or the Intentional Desktop Kit, we collect your email address. When you purchase, we collect the details needed to process your order and deliver your files, such as your name and email address.

How We Use It

We use your email address to send what you asked for (your kit or your order), and occasional studio updates if you subscribed. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Service Providers

The site, sign-up forms, checkout and emails are provided by systeme.io. Payments are processed by the payment provider connected at checkout; we do not see or store your full card details. Our studio mailbox is hosted by Proton Mail.

Double Opt-In

When you sign up, we ask you to confirm your email address. Sign-ups that aren't confirmed within 24 hours are removed automatically.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe at any time from any email. For access, correction or deletion requests, email hello@thegildedgiraffe.com.

Before Launch

The studio must confirm its legal entity, contact details, retention periods, applicable jurisdiction and privacy-rights process before this draft becomes its final policy.
